My time now is spent helping teachers improve their practice and document what they are doing so others can learn as well - pedagogical moves that affirm students identities and foster engagement, classrooom structures that create communities of care and belonging, curriculum that leads students to outgrow their thinking, raise their voices, build knowledge and vocabulary.
